A story of two best friends: Parker and Ben Who, after Parker's harsh break up from her 5 year relationship from lance, convince each other to do something crazy. With Lance, the last two months of Parker's relationship had a dry spell and her libido is suddenly very apparent to her. After a few rounds trying to find a guy to scratch her itch and failing because of the lack of connection and straight appalled feel she gets from the mental miscommunication, she convinces her best friend, Ben to get their relationship a bit more benefits. they both walk blindly to a spot they did not let themselves imagine could come.
Review:
The chemistry is good, the characters are fun, the writing is enjoyable, the plot moves smoothly..
The problem is: why can't the characters get out of their head a bit. How many books with a romance plot have a misunderstanding which IS the conflict? When will it stop?
Apart from this - it is predictable but the journey is what counts, and it happens to be quite enjoyable.
